Features
The login screen can be disabled or enabled by administrators. Login security is ideal in a business where there is more than one sales person. A typical example is a hair salon with 2 hair dressers or more. The system can be set in sales mode and the different hair dressers can log their sales independently, whilst the shop manager can login as administrator and view reports or change system settings. This feature can be disabled from the settings if for example there will be only managers using the system and login security is not required.
From the setting screen the administrator can create new users. Users with administrator rights can access the settings sections and view reports. Users who are not set as administrators are only allowed to do data entry in to the system like adding products services and entering sales.
The system can be downloaded for free on a trial licence. The trial licence offers full functionality of the program but is set to expire after a set number of uses. Once the program is registered the licensing notice will no longer appear.
The system allows order entriesand can report on sales and profits made.
The eShopManager allows the owner to save appointments like he would do on his diary.
The esShopManager can print invoices and calculate client bills.
Sales can be associated against a clients. The system can report on clients, identify the loyal ones |
